Mission Statement:
To promote animal welfare in Hancock County through humane education and pet population control by:
- Developing and providing humane education programs that teach kindness to and respect for all living things.
- Helping animals housed in animal care shelters by promoting shelter adoptions and by providing improvements to shelter facilities, training for shelter staff and volunteers.
- Promoting shelter and community based pet sterilization programs.

Molly is a friendly, independent adult cat. She prefers to live a simple life that includes a window to look out of, some food, and a loving owner.
She came to PAWS after she was tossed to the streets when she became pregnant. Molly and her kittens lived on the streets for a short period of time before being placed in foster care.
Depending on where you live, she could make a good indoor and/or outdoor kitty.
Due to living on the streets, she is very cautious around dogs and other cats. If the other animals in the home are calm and don't bother her, she will adapt just fine.
